- Jaavaa DRC -201– This is acid based formulation. It removes rust from ferrous metal in 45-55 C.
- Jaavaa DRC- 202 -This is acid based formulation remove rust from ferrous metal in ambient temperature.
- Jaavaa DRC AL 203 – This acidic product use for ADC and aluminium to remove the slight white rust. Jaavaa duct is activeJpreparesis calcium modified di cation chemical. it is used in hot dip process. It also give micro-crystalline coating.
Degreasing Chemicals for Metal
- Jaavaa DGC- 101 – This is water soluble alkaline solution. This formulation is comfortable for mild steel parts in dip process. Product Formulation based on alkali phosphate and surfactant. It removes light to heavy oil and dirt from components. Working temperature is 45-55 Degree C
- Jaavaa DGC- 102– This product use in spray process for ferrous metal. This product formulation compatible with Nano pretreatment products. Working temperature ° is 4555 C.
- Jaavaa clean NC-103– This product is non- caustic based chemistry use in spray process. It also remove light to heavy oil, dirt and grease from ferrous.
- Jaavaa AL-104– This is acidic chemical use for only aluminium metal. It is working at ambient temperature.
Surface activation Chemicals
Jaavaa SAC – It is titanium based alkaline fine powder. It manages coating weight and coating crystal structure of phosphate coating. It accelerate for smooth finish & fine structure phosphate coating.
Phosphating Chemical
- Jaavaa Phoscoat 625 – This product is zinc phosphate modified new age tri cation chemical. It’s working temp. At 45-50 °C. Ws give microcrystalline, smooth finish, uniform grey coating and coating weight is 1.5 to 3.5gm/m2 its running in both process (Dip and spray). This is low singe (1.5 to 3.5 gm/m2) formation product. It gives excellent adhesion with paint
- Jaavaa Phoscoat 626 – This is tetra cation product. It gives excellent coating in hot dip process. Product mostly used in high gauge sheet or HRC sheet.
- Jaavaa Phoscoat 627 – This formulation working in room temperature (27*5 C). It gives microcrystalline° , smooth finish, uniform grey coating. This is trication, nickel modified chemical.its running in both process (Dip and spray)
- Jaavaa Photos 628 – This tri cation phosphating chemical. it is running in both process (Dip and spray).This is specially modified for MS,GI, CRC GPCPand cast iron.
- Jaavaa Phoscoat 629 – It is manganese iron phosphate chemical. It gives smooth finish and heavy coating weight use for unpainted pans. Coating thickness is 7-10 micron.

Jaavaa CCC- 801 – It’s remove oil, dirt and grease on component surface (HRC, MS, CRS, ADC, Aluminum etc). It is also remove flesh rust on component surface. It’s work temperature is at 45-50°C.

Jaavaa Coat – 201- It is acidic chemical and remove light oil and rust from component surface. Product used only dip process at room temperature.
3 in 1 Chemicals
Jaavaa Coat – Jaavaa Coat -301 – This remove light oil, dirt and rust from Mild steel component and give iron phosphate coating. Iron Phosphate coating.
Jaavaa Coat IPC – 701 – This product give bluish coating on MS components. It is working at room temperature. It is running in dip and spray process. It is also a good adhesion with paints.
Nano Coatine Chemicals – (Chrome & Phosphate Free)
- Jaavaa elfin -900-It is latest technology, zirconium base chemical. It gives Nano scale coating. It reduce phosphating operating process. Product is working at room temperature and forms low sludge. This product give excellent adhesion with paint. Product is used in dip and spray process. It is suitable for multi metal e.g. MS, CRC, GPCP, GI treatment etc.
- Jaavaa elfin – 901 – It is latest technology, zirconium and silane base chemical. It is fully replacement of achromatizing process and also eco-friendly and cost saving metal treatment. Product is used on aluminium and aluminium die-casting surface. It gives adhesion between metal surface and paint.

Antistatic and Surface Condenser Chemicals (for ABS. PP & other plastic parts)
Jaavaa ABS- 901 – It is an antistatic chemical used on ABS, PP and other plastic parts. It is working temperature is 5055°C. this is single tank process. It gives good adhesion with PP primer and paint.
